Paulos Marashli is a seasoned hospitality and tourism expert with over 20 years of international experience in hotel management, tourism development, client services, and entrepreneurship. Born in Ismailia, Egypt, he has built a career that combines strong academic foundations with extensive hands-on expertise in the global hospitality industry.

Bio
​Paulos began his career in 1993 with Masr Service Security Agency, where he collaborated with the
American Air Force and developed skills in client care, administration, and operations. He went on
to complete a degree in Hotel Management at Suez Canal University and later specialized in
International Economic Relations with a focus on Tourism and Regional Development at the Prague
University of Economics and Business. His studies were complemented by multiple internships in
hotels, including operational roles across several departments, and practical training at Hotel
Mercure through the SFD/ACCOR/AFPA project.

His early professional journey included roles as a diving tour leader at Waves Diving Center in
Sharm el-Sheikh, receptionist at Hor Palace Hurghada Hotel, and Commercial Manager of a major
tourist center across the Red Sea region, where he oversaw business planning, marketing,
customer relations, and operations management. These experiences strengthened his expertise in
both front-of-house hospitality and large-scale commercial operations.

After relocating to the Czech Republic, Paulos broadened his professional profile with experience at
Lidl before embarking on more than a decade of entrepreneurial activity in the hospitality industry,
where he successfully managed operations, client relations, and business development.
Fluent in Arabic and English, with intermediate Czech proficiency (certified by J. A. Amadeus),
Paulos brings a multicultural perspective and a proven ability to adapt across international markets.
Currently based in Olomouc, Czech Republic, he continues to leverage his international
experience, leadership in tourism and hospitality, and cross-cultural communication skills to build
value in the industry
