He holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, blending academic knowledge with decades of real-world leadership. Known for bridging operational execution with long-term strategic vision, Kenneth thrives in dynamic, high-growth, and transitional environments—whether driving public-private partnerships, managing critical infrastructure projects, or building trusted relationships with international stakeholders.
