Dr Ardin Ramani

A proud graduate of Cambridge University, Dr. Ramani began his career in the MET Police in Manchester, where he applied his doctorate in Clinical Psychology to criminal profiling, high-stakes investigations, and behavioral analytics. He later established his own thriving psychology practice, where he became a sought-after expert in organizational behavior, leadership training, and executive performance coaching. Over the years, he has delivered keynote lectures and masterclasses at universities and institutions across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia.

His career evolved into the world of strategic business execution. After earning his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, Dr. Ramani joined MHPM, one of Canada’s top project management firms, where he was eventually promoted to Principal Operator of Western Canada, overseeing operations across five regional offices and managing large-scale infrastructure, commercial, and residential developments.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, he founded Vision Project Management Ltd in Vancouver, Canada, which quickly became recognized for delivering complex construction projects with precision and efficiency.

In 2013, Dr. Ramani launched Akadia Group Ltd, a premier business consulting and investment firm dedicated to developing in-house projects, supporting high-potential startups, and creating passive investment opportunities in real estate and advanced technologies. As Founder and CEO, he leads the company’s strategic vision, technological integration, and global expansion efforts.​
