Dr. Ardin Ramani is a visionary entrepreneur, international consultant, and multidisciplinary leader with over two decades of expertise spanning psychology, law enforcement, project management, artificial intelligence, and global business development.
A proud graduate of Cambridge University, Dr. Ramani began his career in the MET Police in Manchester, where he applied his doctorate in Clinical Psychology to criminal profiling, high-stakes investigations, and behavioral analytics. He later established his own thriving psychology practice, where he became a sought-after expert in organizational behavior, leadership training, and executive performance coaching. Over the years, he has delivered keynote lectures and masterclasses at universities and institutions across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia.
His career evolved into the world of strategic business execution. After earning his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, Dr. Ramani joined MHPM, one of Canada’s top project management firms, where he was eventually promoted to Principal Operator of Western Canada, overseeing operations across five regional offices and managing large-scale infrastructure, commercial, and residential developments.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, he founded Vision Project Management Ltd in Vancouver, Canada, which quickly became recognized for delivering complex construction projects with precision and efficiency.
In 2013, Dr. Ramani launched Akadia Group Ltd, a premier business consulting and investment firm dedicated to developing in-house projects, supporting high-potential startups, and creating passive investment opportunities in real estate and advanced technologies. As Founder and CEO, he leads the company’s strategic vision, technological integration, and global expansion efforts.
Patrick Byrnes

Patrick Byrnes is a seasoned international executive with over two decades of leadership experience in global finance and corporate strategy. A graduate of Cambridge University, Patrick holds a Master’s Degree in International Business and Management and an MBA, equipping him with a powerful blend of academic rigor and strategic business insight.
Patrick began his career at Barclays Bank in London, where he quickly rose to become the Director of the International Division, overseeing global expansion initiatives and high-value client portfolios. His reputation for delivering results and driving innovation in financial operations led to his appointment as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Lloyds Bank, where he managed multi-billion-pound assets, streamlined international operations, and led major restructuring initiatives during a time of market transformation.
Now serving as Director at Akadia Group Ltd, Patrick brings his deep financial expertise, cross-border leadership experience, and a strategic vision to the company’s consulting and investment operations. He plays a key role in guiding Akadia’s global investment initiatives and ensuring financial discipline across its portfolio of startup ventures, real estate projects, and technology enterprises.
In addition to his formal education, Patrick holds certifications in Corporate Finance Strategy, Risk Management, and Global Market Analytics, and is an advocate of sustainable investment practices and tech-forward business solutions. Zdenka Ramani

Zdenka Ramani is an accomplished wellness and spiritual life coach with over a decade of experience in holistic health and personal transformation. As Co-Founder of Akadia Group Ltd., she brings her deep expertise in spiritual counselling and wellness coaching to support both team members and clients on their personal and professional journeys.
Zdenka holds a Master’s degree in Economic Science from Brno International Business School, completed in partnership with Nottingham Trent University. She also holds a Diploma in Life Coach Studies from the Open University (UK) and is a Certified NLP Practitioner accredited by the American Union of NLP.
Her approach blends spiritual insight, intuitive coaching, and evidence-based healing techniques to help clients overcome emotional blockages and restore harmony across mind, body, and spirit. She is a non-dimensional spiritual coach that offers a unique and trans formative experience tailored to each individual's needs.
Having personally overcome significant health challenges through holistic methods, Zdenka is deeply committed to empowering others to reclaim their well-being, unlock their potential, and live with purpose. She works with clients from diverse backgrounds and belief systems, offering personalized guidance in a compassionate, judgment-free space.
Based in the Czech Republic, Zdenka provides coaching to clients around the world through private online sessions, with a growing focus on wellness support within corporate and entrepreneurial environments.

Over the course of his career, Henry has held senior leadership roles at some of the world’s most respected multinational firms, including Fortune 500 companies in both the United States and the United Kingdom. His expertise spans across sectors including private equity, fintech, real estate development, and global consulting.
Prior to joining Akadia Group Ltd., Henry served as the Senior Vice President of Finance for a UK-based technology conglomerate, where he led successful cross-border M&A deals and optimized multi-million-dollar investment portfolios. In the US, he worked as Director of Financial Planning at a leading global consulting firm, overseeing operations across North America, Europe, and Asia.
At Akadia Group, Henry brings a laser-focused financial vision, guiding the company's global investment strategy and managing risk across diverse business sectors, including immigration services, startup incubation, prefab real estate, and AI-powered platforms. As CFO, he is responsible for financial governance, fundraising strategy, investor relations, and long-term economic sustainability.

Randall Thompson

He holds dual bachelor's degrees: a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, demonstrating a rare combination of technical and strategic business expertise.
Throughout his military and post-service career, Randall has consistently delivered operational excellence in mission-critical environments. His leadership has been pivotal in enhancing organizational performance, optimizing systems, and ensuring regulatory compliance across global operations. He has successfully led cross-functional teams managing multimillion-dollar assets and has driven transformational change through policy development, logistics oversight, and workforce development.
